SnpEff protein_protein_contact annotation

Hi, I am using SnpEff to anotate variants I obtain. Recently there have been among Effect prediction details protein_protein_contact. This effect is missing in the documentation of the tool and I don't know which database it uses and what does it mean. Thanks, Vojtěch.
