Hello,

I might be asking a very simple question here, but I seem to be oblivious as to how to retrieve the actual sequence alignment of the "100 Vert. Cons" or "Mammalian Cons" tracks when looking at a particular region in the UCSC Genome Browser.

Thank you in advance.

The actual multisequence alignments are generally available on the FTP site (e.g., here for human), I kind of doubt they're available as a track themselves.
