Is there a latin-square type of experiment for RNA-seq out there that's perhaps similar to the microarray dataset used in Irizarry's 2003 paper Exploration, normalization, and summaries of high density oligonucleotide array probe level data (ie. titration of different RNA samples to assess things like the reliability of fold change estimates).
I am aware of the somehow elusive SEQC dataset used in the Rapaport et al. paper, but I was curious if there are any other datasets that I've missed.
