What is the best way to get data back off of Galaxy? I have several large data files on Galaxy that I need to move to another server for further analysis. Normally I use wget to get data from Galaxy. Recently however, I have been unable to download anything from Galaxy. The download speeds are in the K/s range, and usually fail before the download is complete. I have wasted 3 days thus far unsuccessfully trying to retrieve my data.
A followup: How do you use wget to retrieve data from Galaxy? How do you figure out what URL to use?
Each dataset in Galaxy has a little save icon, if you right click or control click on that you should be able to copy the URL.
