RUM index installation error

I'm working on Illumina RNA-seq data, paired end reads. I decided to try out RUM.

I have the pre-reqs installed,up-to-date

1. autodie Perl module
2. Log::Log4perl

While installing indexes in RUM for alignment I ran into the following error:

Error running wget -q -O /usr/local/bin/../conf/organisms.txt http://itmat.rum.s3.amazonaws.com/organisms.txt: No such file or directory at /usr/local/bin/rum_indexes line 103

The rum_indexes file exists in the directory.

I would appreciate help!

Does /usr/local/conf/ exist? My guess would be no.

It exists. I just sorted it out.
