Hi.
I used PatternCNV tools few days back. this tool detects DNA copy number of variations.
I have some doubts regarding the output generated by the program. If anyone is using or have already used this tool then please do let me know.
Why don't you amend your question to include the outputs and what it is you doubt about them. No one is going to pitch in and help until they can see what the problem might be.
