problem installing psspred

Hi

I'm trying to install and use it in my project

I do all things that is needed for psspred, including :

1. download NR database for psipred
2. download blast (x64 linux) 2.2.25
3. download psspred
4. modified $blastdir,$db,$PSSpred

the error is :

Hi movahedi,

Your problem will be a database.

Actions to do:

1. Verify if you have nr.pin in your database nr,
2. You can try to run your command in root.
