Error in sqliteExecStatement(con, statement, bind.data) :
RS-DBI driver: (error in statement: near ")": syntax error)
I don't know how to solve the error message, so I ask for your help.
I remember a SeqAnswers thread last year with some people having this issue. Here it is: http://seqanswers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19402
Thanks for your help!
Did you solve the problem? I am having the same one and can't find a way to solve it on my on.
