I'm going crazy about ExomeDepth's output, I'm trying to understand what start.p
and end.p
means

Suppose you have one CNV containg 4 reads of 120 bp each, see below:
start.p end.p type nexons start end chromosome id
745 748 deletion 4 33195196 33195367 chr7 7:33195196-33195367
start p.
determines the number of the first line where the above CNV starts
end. p
determines the number of the line where the above CNV ends.
These lines can be found in your bed.frame.
745: 7 33195195 33195314 7:33195195-33195314
7 33195196 33195315 7:33195196-33195315
7 33195247 33195366 7:33195247-33195366
748: 7 33195248 33195367 7:33195248-33195367
