Pathway Analysis for online portal

We are building a portal (website) which will be having pathway analysis as a part of the downstream analysis. Input will be list of genes/proteins/metabolites along with some values that will indicate their abundance in some way. Finally we want to highlight the pathways according to the color coding based on the range of values submitted. Which resource can allow us to incorporate these features in our portal? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

This sounds a lot like the R/Bioconductor package pathview. If by portal you mean "website", one way to make R tools available is Shiny.

I have seen some software using BioPAX, do you have any idea if it can be incorporated in a website?
