how to draw a decision tree?

he tree plotted is very huge and does not fit in the desktop.. Could anyone help to visualize the tree? Or is there any other alternative method to prune the tree?

Could you please state the specific connection to the bioinformatics problem you are solving? Your toy example looks more like a weather forecast.

If you are talking about a classification tree, I believe the 'tree' R package has a overrides the plot() function, if the model contains a small enough number of variables:
