I have some big files which I would like to use emboss einverted on to predict stem loop but as of now, I cant find an offline version of Einverted that I could use. Is there a standalone version for the software.

For Debian based Linux systems (e.g. Bio-Linux, Linux Mint or Ubuntu) the package repositories contain packages for EMBOSS thanks to the DebainMed project.
