Hi Can anybody point me to publicly available datasets of Allele specific DNA methylation data of Rat/Mouse/Human (Whole genome Bisulfite sequencing datasets)

Using the SRA "advanced search" makes this pretty easy and returns these results. You could also use the SRAdb Bioconductor package if you prefer a SQL interface to SRA.
