Hello everybody, Can someone suggest some good papers on computational methods for predicting protein protein interactions ? I've found some papers like Brohée & Helden, Yu et al., Tarassov et al., but which other papers would be worth taking a look at? Thanks

what do you want to use as input for your model? All of the papers mentioned are just an analysis of existing PPI, not a prediction.
