Hello all,

Is there any publicly accessible database for intra-species protein-protein interactions? For example, the PPIs between human and parasite proteins?

Thanks.

There are several specialised virus-host interaction databases, such as VirHostNet. Then there is PHISTO, which extracts data on pathogen-host interactions from the 'general' PPI databases.

Thanks. I think these databases are far from complete yet, at least for specific pathogen. It will be great if someone could mine the literature and integrate these different sources, and construct a comprehensive database.
