The Newcastle University Bioinformatics Support Unit (BSU) has an 9-year history of supporting cutting-edge research in the Faculty of Medical Sciences. We currently have two open vacancies to join our successful team.
One will be based full time in the BSU, dealing with core support requests from across the Faculty of Medical Sciences. The other will work within a research group with a Bioinformatics focus in the highly regarded research Institute of Genetic Medicine, and will be responsible for building collaborations and supporting research within that host institute, as well as contributing to our training programme and skills transfer agenda.
