Kindly help me to find some tools or free web server by which the mutation point of a gene sequence can be identified?

If you have a multiple sequence alignment for the gene sequences you can use a tool developed at Sanger Institute to identify SNP sites in sequences. If you have raw reads then you could map them against a closest reference using bwa, smalt etc and use samtools and/or vcftools to identify SNPs or mutations in your data.
