Hi!
Dear all,
I was thinking it would be great, if we all (specially people working with ChIP seq data analysis) could write a small tutorial or a pipeline for ChIP seq data analysis, incorporating only the tools which are available on web.
This would immensely help in many ways, like knowledge base would be integrated and we all will learn from each others experience and moreover it will be of great help to any new comer.
Let me know what you all think of this idea?
Would you consider contributing it to a bioinformatics Knowledgeblog? See What Kind Of Bioinformatics Tutorials Would You Like To See Online?
I think this is a great idea. But, remember this is a Q/A site and not a discussion forum per se. There must be a wiki somewhere for exactly this. There is a ton of information in ChIP-seq analysis on seqanswers.com.
@Masha: Thank you for your comment, I know this is a question answer website and I intend to collect answers to few of the biological questions (ChIP Seq related) in a more systematic way, rather posting bits and pieces of information. I hope you will agree here. :) @ Daniel: It is a great initiative taken by you to build a knowledge blog. I will definitely contribute to it, soon. :)
