Human Expression data with information where the subjects lived

Hello,

I'm searching a freely accessible expression set (e.g. GEO) of human samples (Array or RNA-seq). The special thing, I need information where the subjects lived. In addition to the ethnic, it would be nice to have the zip code, city or a classification in urban or rural.
