finding the suitable receptor structures

Dear All,

I have retrieved few small molecules from databases such as KEGG, Chembank, Asinex etc..

I would like to find suitable receptor for docking and determine the biological activity

How can I list the proteins which interact with them? Which software I can use for this study? Thanks
