Hi All,
I'd like to expand my knowledge and get some hands-on experience on Chemoinformatics by going to a workshop. But after some google search, it seems that these workshops are not that popular. Can anyone suggest a few (that are still running)? I would really appreciate it.
On the other hand, it's nowadays quite easy to get working with any of the Open Source cheminformatics toolkits, like the CDK, OpenBabel, and RDKit. You could have a look at the Chemistry Toolkit Rosetta, which has many examples.
Thanks for your suggestions. Yes, those are the popular tools. I am actually using RDKit now. But I think a workshop would help to learn more practical issues, as well as discussing with and learning from other people in the field.
