Hi

I am trying to build a phylogenic tree with antibody protein sequences. The data I got are the same antibody sequences of various cells. The consequence is that there are mutation in the sequences. I want to compare it to the germline and create a tree to visualize the divergence between the sequences and the germline. Is there any software were I can input the protein sequences and germline to see the divergence to get a phylogenic tree?

Thanks!

I've heard about the IgTree software with almost the same functionality as you've described. Still I haven't found a link to download it :)

You can access the IgTree under MTA, you will have to send a request to senior author of the IgTree paper to get the tool..
