Is There A Way To Convert Gs Mapper Output To Bam File?

I'm trying to figure out if I can convert contigs fasta format generated by GS Mapper to bam file, can someone help me?

Starting from newbler version 2.6, gsMapper can output BAM files (using the -bam option on the command line).
