Is anyone aware of any published studies, where RNAs (human celllines/tissues ) are treated with cycloheximide and subjected to RNA-sequencing ?

Just out of curiosity, are you searching Ribo-seq data?

No!! RNA-seq after treatment with cycloheximde. There are already few studies in other species (mainly zebrafish).
