I ran Lositan for 50k simulations but at the end of the simulations, it froze and wouldn't load the loci list showing the outliers or the simulated Fst. It just says 'Done (preparing the selection table, please wait...' no matter how long I wait
This doesn't happen when I tried it on another file and when I opened both files to check for any differences, there were none that I could see.
The java error I get says
