code for ALL dataset paper(Chiaretti 2004)

Does any one has the code of the famous paper of the ALL dataset?

I cannot reproduce the figures. It seems that some of the data in the ALL dataset has changed. The filering criteria(2nd paragraph in the Statistical Methods section) does not fit for the ALL dataset. And I am not sure how the t-test is used in the 2nd figure.
