Command Line Tool To Convert An Msa From .Hssp To .Aln

Hello, I am interested in converting .hssp file formatted MSAs to .aln (clustal format). I have searched online and have not been able to find a command line tool for the task. Are you aware of any tools that can convert .hssp to .aln? One requirement is that the conversion must be automated for hundreds of .hssp files. Thank you, Adam

I had the same problem before and what I did at last was to write a script to the job for me.
