How to go from a list of one or more GO identifiers to GO categories (e.g. response to stress)

Hi I am currently trying to annotate my transcriptome (non-model organism) and have obtained GO identifiers through blast2GO, but I would like to obtain a table with the full hierarchy of the ontology and to use it to produce a graph to nicely summarize up/downregulated genes and their putative function. I had found WEGO which appeared to do exactly that (at least for the graphing part), but doesn't seem to work at the moment (and for the last 2 weeks).

Could anyone walk me through how to do this simply?

Thanks a lot!

You can try the visualize tool of Amigo2. It organizes GO IDs graphically.
