Hi everyone.
I have one question about COSMIC CONAN.
When performing VarScan, I found some region of focal-amplification and I wanted to know which genes are in that region. So I search genes by using COSMIC CONAN.
In CONAN, they shows 'Gene expression' and also Expr level.(Expr level is calculated by z-score)
I confused between lowest expr level gene and highest expr level gene.
Which one is more significant gene in cancer?
