i downloaded bowtie 2-2.2.4 source zip but i don know how i can install it

I download bowtie2-2.2.4, extract it, edit makefile by notepad++, whn I tried to install bowtie2-2.2.4-mingw-win64.zip I couldn't

no need to install it. there are bowtie2 executables available.

Not easily. You'll have a lot of difficulty using Windows (especially a 32bit version) for anything in bioinformatics.
