Hi community,
Actually I am new to bio-informatics. I am working on insilico mining of miRNAs. in one article it was given that n/n, n-1/n and n-2/n nucleotide matches, whereas n represents known miRNA length, is this n/n, n-1/n, n-2/n indicates query coverage like 100%, 95%, 90% respectively during blast . looking forward for reply..
Hi,
I think you need to modify your question asking about what you want to do, or something else. Like: what I want to obtain, my problem ., my (putative) data ..
Maybe a link to the paper to understand what you are saying help people to understand.
