scatter plot tool

My apology for a very basic question- I am looking for a tool to plot a scatter plot between two expression values and add lines of fold change (say 2fold up and down) with option of coloring the values above/ below specified threshold.

Cool - I wasn't familiar with that package. More specifically, I think you are interested in the geom_point function
