Where To Find Database About Plant Ptm(Post-Translation Modification)?

I want to find a database about PTM in plants, especially for methylation in Arabidopsis, but it seems that few of such database(most are for animal).Is there anyone know where I can download such data?

I would take a look at the CBS prediction servers at Denmark Technical University. That was always my top choice when annotating the Arabidopsis genome. If there is nothing for methylation of plant proteins, I would write to the people who have done something similar (like acetylation) and ask what they know and plan.

I don't know about any databases, but if you have the protein structures you can find out PTMs using the PTM module in Biojava

SwissProt has residues annotated with the MOD_RES feature that are involved in PTM. Take a look into the manual: http://web.expasy.org/docs/userman.html
