I am going to work in the repetitive element analysis in human genome, and I don't have enough background about it, so I would like if some one provide links for tutorials or workshops about this topic.

There are often symposiums at large conferences that are dedicated to presenting work on TEs. For example, there is a session at PAG in January that is specifically about TEs, and you can usually find a number of talks at Evolution on the topic of TEs. There are also some smaller international (usually invite-only) conferences that focus on TEs but these are typically more expensive and not conveniently located if you are in North America.

I can't recall seeing any workshops for analyzing TEs advertised recently, and finding a workshop focused on repeats in the human genome specifically may be challenging. The likely reason is that the community is smaller, and most people are only interested in identifying/analyzing genes. I think your best bet is to narrow down your questions and dive into the vast amounts of literature on repeats in the human genome. I know that is likely not the answer you want, but if you can come up with some details about the analysis you want to perform or the type of data involved, then it will be easier to find appropriate tools (and people will be able to make suggestions). The good news is that there are a lot tools already available for analyzing TEs and most were designed for working with the human genome. Hope that helps.
