RNA-Seq: does stranded and directional mean the same thing?

I'm confused about the difference between the two terms. It seems to me that they mean the same thing but just want to confirm it. Is strand specific/stranded RNA-seq library the same as directional RNA-seq library?

The two words are interchangeable. Directional protocol yields strandardness. Have a look at this post.
