Is there any way we can get to know which annotation package must be used if we have the microarray chip ID?

What does this "chip ID" look like, where does it come from? Can you post an example?

Sample Agilent Chip ID would be like :

Agilent Technologies G2505C US83800207

This is mentioned in sample raw data file .

I think the short answer is "no." Google search for that term suggests that the ID refers at least in part to the scanner, rather than the chip. There is also a hit to a GEO GSM sample, from which you could investigate the GEO GPL platform record.
