Hi All,
I have some blastx -m 6

I now want to use MEGAN for the analysis of these blastx files. However MEGAN only takes BlastX -m0
or -m7
format. It may take a while for me to rerun these jobs with a new output -m7
format, so I am thinking to convert my files to other format. Anybody has some suggestions how to do that? Thank you very much!
I haven't heard of any...and I think it is simpler to rerun the job...
