Hi - I have used VEP to generate a html page that summarises my SNPs. For example it gives a nice pie chart of the different classification of SNPs - frameshift, deletion etc etc.

Is there any way to save the graphs to put into a report?

Thanks.

There is no easy way. The graphics are generated using SVG and javascript.

The only way to do it currently would be to take a screenshot.

The HTML uses the Google Charts API to render the charts; there is apparently now a way to save/print charts (see https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/printing) though this has not yet been implemented in the VEP code.
