http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/?query=hydrolases&sort=score

in this case you have all hydrolases on the left you can apply the selection humans (353 sequences) and download it.

Thanks for reply, but this will give me amino acid sequence of those 353 sequences and I am asking for nucleic acid sequence.

hi, on uniprotkb you can search for hydrolases and isomerases sequences then you can selected the species in this case human and select all and click on download.

example :

http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/?query=hydrolases&fil=organism%3A%22Homo+sapiens+%28Human%29+[9606]%22&sort=score

your method will give me amino acid sequence only but not nucleotide sequence of those enzymes and I am looking for nucleotide sequence of enzymes.

thanks anyway.

search GO for hydrolase: http://amigo.geneontology.org/amigo/term/GO:0016787

download the genes associated to this term: Gene Names From Go Accessions Numbers

then get the sequences: How To Download Gene Sequences From Ncbi Gene
