Hi,

I'm looking to download all of the entries in the (http://www.kazusa.or.jp/codon/). Is it possible to do this?

To add context, it will be used in a codon optimization software. We are looking in to an HTML parser or having all of the data in a csv. or a .dat file.

Thank you very much!

As Pierre says in the comment above, it's available from their FTP site.

Note that the data is extracted from Genbank so you can have multiple very similar entries representing one gene. If you're looking at a given organism with a reference genome (human, mouse, etc.) you'd probably be better off using that instead.
