Turning off velvet scaffolding in VelvetOptimiser.pl Version 2.2.5

Hi,

Does anyone know how to turn off the scaffolding function in VelvetOptimiser.pl Version 2.2.5?

This is achieved using velvetg by including -scaffolding no as follows:

./velvetg output_directory/ -exp_cov 21 -ins_length_long 200 -scaffolding no (... other parameters ...)

From the manual in https://github.com/Victorian-Bioinformatics-Consortium/VelvetOptimiser, you could probably use --o '-scaffolding no'
