Finding Domain-Domain interaction score

I want to find domains of proteins and then calculate a measure using number of their interacting domains.

I can use Uniprot to retrieve domains and 'domine' to find interaction between domains manually.

Is there any R package, source code or online tool to do this for set of proteins?

Any approach is really appreciated.
