Personalis was founded by four Stanford professors in order to A) develop the most accurate NGS sequencing and analysis technology, and B) refine accuracy, annotation, and improvement process across the entire pipeline. Today Personalis is the leading pioneer in advanced human genomic services for cancer and inherited disease.
As the Bioinformatics Analyst, you would join a small team of scientists at the top of their field. Your main objective would be to analyze human DNA and perform enhanced bioinformatics analysis and variant assessment in cancer samples. You will be involved in the development of cutting-edge pipelines as well as prepare presentations for conferences.
