Hi! Up to know I have been using the RegulonDB, but I would like to get more TFBSs. Does anybody know another Database or any other source to get experimentally validated TFBS?

Thanks

One database specific for bacteria is CollecTF;

Furthermore, at generegulation.info you can find an extensive annotated list of more general TFBS databases (including TRASFAC, FlyTF, JASPAR, etc, etc)

I do not know if Transfac is still free, but you could take a look.

You could also check BacTregulator and RegTransBase
