Rfold file form T-Coffee conversion to structure readable format

The file generated form R-coffee output an Rfold file which is having structure information. How to open these files? How to draw out structures from Rfold file?

  2. Are you using the web version or standalone version of T-Coffee?
  3. Can you give us a head -n 50 of the RFold file in a GitHub gist please?
