I have a list (3,804) of refseq protein ID and their expression value from Deinococcus radiodurans R1, I want to map them to biocyc cellular overview.

NP_293887 352
NP_296365 131
NP_293888 157
NP_296366 293
NP_296367 921
NP_293889 596
NP_296368 441

First, I try to up load it directly (http://biocyc.org/overviewsWeb/celOv.shtml) and I am sure my format is correct, but they give reply that:

The data contained no rows that could be mapped to objects in the selected organism

Second, I try to convert these ids to biocyc id using uniport (http://www.uniprot.org/uploadlists/) ,but I get not hit:

2,895 out of 3,804 identifiers from RefSeq Protein were successfully mapped to 1 BioCyc ID

Third, I convert them to UniProtKB id, it work well. for example, NP_293887 can convert to entry Q9RXZ1 and gene name DR_0163, and I can click it and link to this page. you can find:

Enzyme and pathway databases

BioCyci DRAD243230:GH46-169-MONOMER.

this is mean I can find this gene in biocyc and the organism is right. but why I can not convert to biocyc id or just map to cellular overview?

Could anyone help me to solve this problem?
