I am currently on the hunt for a good R package for performing BI phylogenetics. I use 'phangorn' for MP and ML and I am very happy with this package, but would like to produce some BI trees for the sake of comparison.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Ah, such a shame. 'Phangorn' has a great tree comparison tool and I hoped to do some three way comparisons between a method I'm working on, ML and BI. I can do BI with the 'MrBayes' plugin in 'Geneious' so I guess I'll just do that and then read in a newick of the resultant tree to R.
Thank you for the reply.
