How To Annotate Parts Of Chloroplast Dna?

Hello everyone.

I would like to annotate parts of chloroplast DNA (or download annotations for LSC, SSC, IRa and IRb). I know that they are species-specific, so I would like to obtain these for more species. If it will be papaya, populus or rice or something more exotic is not important, as opposed to annotated LSC, SSC and IR part, which I indeed need:)

but it doesnt seem to provide information I need.

Try NCBI's Plant Organelle Genome Resources or ChloroplastDB.

Thank you very much, it was quite deep and hidden, but I have found it!

Btw: it is really pleasant to get a response from somebody, who I actualy "know" from articles, I liked your work about LTR and non-LTR retrotransposons and their age:)
