Identify effector proteins of bacterial secretion systems

I would like to search in the bacterial genome I am working with effectors protein of bacterial secretion systems involved in virulence.

I know http://www.effectors.org/ that offers prediction of protein secreted via T3SS, but I was wondering if there is any other tool or valuable approach out there, also to search for effectors of T6SS for example.
