Is there any tool available for predicting operon in whole bacterial genomes?

I found many papers on the topic, but not tools available.

Have you tried Prodigal?

well, as far as I know Prodigal is a Gene finder tool, not an operon finding tool.

Hi! I read your post about COG annotation and operon prediction. Now I 'm facing the same problem. Have you got your problems solved? I guess I may need your help! Thanks!

Hi, sorry for the late answer. I guess that looking at the questions on biostars you can find the answer you need. Otherwise you can open another post and I am sure you will get help.

Hi! How are you?

Have you got your operon predicted? Would you mind telling me what you are going to do with the predictions? I have got my predictions, but I have difficulties on how to analyze them.

Thank you!
